Please read our terms carefully before availing our services
1. Liability Limitations
The cleaners accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising out of fire, theft, riot, or any other similar unforeseen causes.
2. Delivery Timelines
Every effort is made to deliver clothes in time. However, if delivery becomes late due to uncontrollable circumstances, the customer is not entitled to compensation or reduction in charges.
3. Item Collection Deadline
Every article must be collected within one month of delivery. After expiry of one month, customers must pay extra cleaning charges as follows:
- Double charges from 1st to 2nd month
- Triple charges from 2nd to 3rd month
- Additional increase for each subsequent month
- After six months, unclaimed items will be sold away
4. Loss or Damage Liability
In case of loss or damage for which the firm is liable, the firm reserves the right to either replace the cloth or repair the damaged portion. Liability is limited to:
- 50% of the original cost for new articles (previously declared)
- 25% of the original cost for old articles
5. Authority of Staff
No agent or employee of this firm has any power to alter or waive any of the above mentioned terms and conditions.
6. Pocket Check Responsibility
Customers are requested to thoroughly check pockets before dropping clothes. The firm shall not be responsible for any loss arising from items left in pockets.
7. Stain Removal
Every effort is made to remove stains. However, if some stains are unremovable, the customer shall have no right to claim reduction in charges.
Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be settled in accordance with Delhi courts only. By availing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
